Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

1. Send or generate unsolicited bulk email (spam), including emails to recipients who have not consented under the applicable law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.).
2. Impersonate any person or entity, including spoofing sender domains, faking author identities, or using the Service to draft phishing or social-engineering content.
3. Submit personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to third parties for the purpose of training a competing model or service.
4. Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service or from third-party platforms via the Service.
5. Generate content that promotes illegal activity, violence, harassment, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or any other content prohibited by applicable law.
6. Use the API to circumvent rate limits or attempt to extract underlying model behavior for the purpose of replicating the Service.
7. Interfere with the operation of the Service, including denial-of-service attempts, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or abuse of rate limits.
8. Resell access to the Service without our written authorization. Embedding the API into your own product (with attribution where appropriate) is allowed under our standard API terms.
9. Train any competing AI model using outputs from the Service. Outputs are licensed for your own use; using them as training data for a competing offering violates these terms.
10. Misrepresent AI-generated content as exclusively human-written where applicable law requires disclosure (e.g., political advertising, certain regulated industries).

Permitted uses

The Service is built for legitimate business email work: cold outreach to qualified prospects you have a legal basis to contact, lifecycle and transactional email programs for your own customers, internal communication drafting, content writing for blogs and newsletters where the audience has opted in, and anything similar in spirit.

If you're unsure whether your use case is allowed, email legal@highconvertingemails.com before scaling up. We'd rather have the conversation upfront.

Reporting abuse

If you receive a message you believe was generated by the Service in violation of this policy, please forward it (with full headers) to abuse@highconvertingemails.com. We investigate every report and respond within 7 business days.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For severe violations (spam at scale, phishing campaigns, illegal content generation), suspension is immediate and prior notice may not be given. We may also report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
