What makes these work

Event invite subjects need to lead with the event's value, not the format. 'How {{customerName}} got from $X to $Y in 12 months — live walkthrough Thursday' beats 'Join our webinar Thursday' by every metric. The format matters less than the content; lead with content. Avoid 'don't miss this' framing — it's the lowest-information urgency cue and pattern-matches to spam. Subjects that work for multi-touch event sequences: the announce (value-led), the day-before reminder (logistics-led), and the day-of (low-friction join). For replay sends after an event, lead with what the recipient missed ('The {{number}} they shared blew up the room').
