Hi {{firstName}},
Hot take: email frequency isn't the problem most teams think it is.
Teams that worry about over-emailing usually have a content problem dressed up as a frequency problem. When the emails are useful, recipients tolerate weekly or even more. When they're not, even monthly feels like spam.
Counter-evidence we've seen:
- A SaaS sending 3x/week to trials, 0.4% unsubscribe rate.
- A DTC sending daily during launch week, opens went UP across the week.
- A newsletter going from weekly to twice-weekly, churn was unchanged.
The fix isn't sending less. It's making each send earn its place.
Disagree? Reply. I'm genuinely curious about counter-examples.
— {{senderName}}POV emails are nurture's heaviest hitter. Take a real position, anchor with evidence, invite disagreement. The replies you'll get are 10x more useful than survey data. Only ship POVs you're willing to defend in a reply chain.
