Feedback request email template
Three feedback request templates that actually get replies.
Feedback requests fail when they ask for "any feedback." Specificity is everything: ask one question, make answering it cost less than thirty seconds, and tell the recipient exactly what you'll do with the answer. The single most powerful word in a feedback request is the verb in the reply ("rate," "pick," "say which") because it tells the brain the request is bounded.
